Summary
This study tests an oral medication called roflumilast in 36 people aged 12 and older with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). Participants take a daily pill for 12 weeks to see if it reduces skin redness, itching, and sleep problems. The goal is to check if the drug is safe and effective enough for larger studies.
