NCT ID NCT07342478

First seen Jan 16, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests a new oral drug, rocbrutinib, against another drug, pirtobrutinib, in adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) whose cancer has returned or not responded after prior treatment with a BTK inhibitor. About 306 participants will be randomly assigned to take one of the two pills daily. The main goal is to see which drug better delays cancer growth or death. This is not a cure, but aims to control the disease for as long as possible.
