Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug (rocbrutinib) combined with standard chemotherapy for people with a type of blood cancer (diffuse large B-cell lymphoma) that has come back or not responded to prior treatment. The main goal is to find a safe dose and check for side effects. About 42 adults will take part across multiple centers.
