Summary
This study tested Rocabado exercises—a set of movements for the jaw and neck—in 62 adults with chronic neck pain lasting at least 3 months. Participants did the exercises to see if they could reduce neck disability and improve movement. The goal was to find a drug-free way to ease symptoms and improve daily life.
