First seen Mar 23, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study compares a newer robotic surgery with fewer incisions to the standard laparoscopic surgery for people with early-stage stomach cancer. About 538 adults aged 20 to 80 will be randomly assigned to one of the two procedures. The main goal is to see if the robotic approach is as safe as the standard one, looking at complications within 30 days after surgery.
