First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tested whether a wearable robotic suit (called an 'exosuit') can make physical therapy more effective for people with low back pain. 44 adults aged 18 to 70 with low back pain wore the suit during therapy sessions. Researchers measured how usable and safe the suit was, and how it affected movement and pain.
