Robot suits help teens with cerebral palsy walk better
NCT ID NCT05158218
Summary
This study is testing whether using a robotic exoskeleton suit during walking therapy helps adolescents and young adults with cerebral palsy improve their mobility more than traditional physical therapy alone. Researchers will compare two groups: one using the robotic suit and one using standard therapy, measuring changes in walking speed, balance, and brain activity. The goal is to see if the high-tech approach leads to better and longer-lasting improvements in movement.
