Summary

This study tests whether a therapeutic robot named PARO can help children aged 8 to 18 in intensive care units feel less anxious and depressed. Some kids will use the robot, some will use a stuffed seal toy, and others will get standard care. The goal is to see if the robot improves their emotional well-being during a stressful hospital stay.
