New targeted drug hopes to shrink Hard-to-Treat melanoma

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called RLY-8161 in people with advanced melanoma or other solid tumors that have a specific NRAS gene mutation. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 35 participants will take the drug by mouth, and researchers will monitor side effects and how the cancer responds.
