Summary
This study tests a new drug, RLY-2608, in adults and children with rare conditions that cause abnormal overgrowth of body parts (like limbs or organs) due to a PIK3CA gene mutation. The drug targets only the mutated protein to try to reduce the size of overgrown tissue and improve symptoms. The trial involves 277 participants and includes a placebo group to measure the drug's true effect.
