Eye lymphoma treatment showdown: injection vs. radiation

Summary
This study tests if a direct injection of the drug rituximab into eye tumors works as well as standard radiation therapy for a rare eye lymphoma (MALT lymphoma). About 108 adults aged 18-75 will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The goal is to see which approach causes fewer side effects while still controlling the disease.
