First seen Dec 10, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether ritlecitinib, a drug already approved for another condition, can safely reduce hives and itching in people with chronic spontaneous urticaria (hives lasting over 6 weeks). Participants take the drug for 12 weeks and track their symptoms daily. The trial was withdrawn before enrolling anyone, so no results are available.
