Summary
This early-phase study tests a new combination of two drugs, risvutatug rezetecan and ivonescimab, in about 184 adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The main goals are to find safe dose levels, check for side effects, and see if the combination can shrink tumors. This is an early step to see if the approach is promising enough for larger studies.
