Summary
This study tests whether a special retreat program called RISE can help nurse managers feel less burned out and stressed. The study will include 16 nurse managers from AdventHealth who already have moderate to high burnout scores. Participants will attend the retreat and fill out questionnaires to see if their well-being improves.
