Summary
This study gave long-term riociguat (Adempas) to 18 adults with pulmonary arterial hypertension who had already taken the drug in earlier Bayer trials. The main goal was to check safety and side effects over time. Patients stayed on the drug until it was no longer helpful or became commercially available.
