First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests if adding rigid tape to a 4-week exercise program can reduce shoulder pain and improve movement in people with acromioclavicular (AC) joint degeneration. About 28 adults with shoulder pain will be randomly assigned to receive either taping plus exercise or exercise alone. Researchers will measure pain, range of motion, and daily function at several points, including a 3-month follow-up.
