This study looked at 112 people with pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) to see if heart MRI scans could better predict who needs a transplant or may die. Researchers compared MRI results with standard heart catheterization tests. The goal was to improve how doctors monitor right heart function in this serious condition.
