Summary

This study tests a new nasal spray called RIG-101 in two parts. First, it checks safety in healthy people and adults with asthma. Second, it sees if the spray can reduce asthma symptoms when participants are exposed to a common cold virus. The goal is to find a safe way to prevent asthma flare-ups caused by colds.
