New rice formula offers hope for Milk-Allergic infants

Summary
This study tested whether a new formula made from broken-down rice protein is safe for infants and young children with cow's milk protein allergy. 43 children with confirmed allergy were given the formula in a controlled food challenge to see if it caused any allergic reactions. The goal was to find a safe alternative for those who cannot tolerate cow's milk.
