New rice formula could be safe for kids allergic to Cow's milk

Summary
This study tests whether a new formula made from hydrolyzed rice proteins is safe for infants and young children (1-36 months) with cow's milk allergy. Children will receive the rice formula and a placebo in a controlled setting to see if it causes allergic reactions. If tolerated, they will drink the rice formula for 7 days at home. The goal is to provide a hypoallergenic option for families.
