First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding rib mobilization to standard posture exercises helps people with Upper Crossed Syndrome — a condition causing forward head posture and neck pain. Sixty-four adults aged 20-45 will receive either the combo treatment or exercises alone for 4-6 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, posture, and rib mobility to see if the combined approach works better.
