Summary
This study tested whether gentle rib and diaphragm release techniques can reduce non-specific neck pain. 100 adults with moderate to severe neck pain received these treatments. Researchers measured pain levels and neck movement before and after. The goal was to see if improving rib motion can relieve strain on the neck.
