Can less be more? new trial aims to reduce side effects of NET therapy

Summary
This study compares two schedules of the drug Lu177-Dotatate for people with slow-growing, advanced midgut neuroendocrine tumors. One group gets treatment every 8 weeks, the other every 16 weeks. The goal is to see if the less frequent schedule causes fewer blood-related side effects while still controlling the tumor. About 166 participants will be enrolled.
