Summary
This study tests a new drug called SBT777101 in 24 adults with moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who have not responded well to other treatments. It is the first time this drug is given to humans, so the main goal is to check its safety and side effects at different dose levels. Participants will receive a single dose and be monitored closely.
