Summary
This study looks at whether a district-run program can help people with rheumatic heart disease in Uganda get regular penicillin shots to prevent serious heart problems. About 221 people and healthcare workers will take part. Researchers will track how many people are reached, stay in care, and follow treatment, as well as the program's costs.
