Summary
This early-stage study tests a personalized mRNA vaccine (RGL-270) designed to train the immune system to recognize and attack leftover cancer cells. It is for people with solid tumors who have a high risk of recurrence after surgery and standard treatments. The vaccine is given alone or with another drug (adebelimab) to see if it is safe and tolerable.
