Steam treatment eases prostate symptoms without major surgery

Summary
This study looked at a treatment called Rezūm, which uses water vapor (steam) to shrink an enlarged prostate. 129 men aged 45 to 96 received this treatment under local anesthesia with sedation. The goal was to see if it safely improves urinary symptoms, flow, and quality of life. Results showed symptom relief and better urinary function with few serious side effects.
