First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a new drug called revumenib to standard chemotherapy helps people with a specific genetic type of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). About 468 newly diagnosed patients will receive either revumenib plus chemo or a placebo plus chemo. The goal is to see if the combination improves survival and reduces cancer cells without causing more side effects.
