New pill targets rare genetic flaw in Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary

This study tests an experimental drug (TAS0953/HM06) in adults with advanced solid tumors that have a specific RET gene abnormality. The first part finds the safest dose; the second part measures how well the drug shrinks tumors. About 244 people will take part.
