NCT ID NCT07419854

First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether a dermal filler called Radiesse (CaHA) can restore lost facial volume and improve skin quality in people who have lost weight using GLP-1 drugs like Ozempic. About 48 adults starting GLP-1 therapy will be randomly assigned to receive the filler either right away or after 6 months. Researchers will use 3D imaging to measure changes in cheek volume, jowl volume, and facial lines.
