New study aims to cure nurse burnout by fixing hospital systems

Summary
This study tests a program called RESTORE that helps nurses redesign their work to reduce stress and burnout. About 470 nurses will be interviewed and complete surveys about their job demands, resources, and well-being. The goal is to see if changing how work is organized can improve nurses' mental health and job engagement.
