Summary

This study tests whether 8 weeks of breathing-muscle training can improve thinking skills in healthy adults aged 18-40. Participants will use a device to strengthen their diaphragm while researchers measure changes in cognitive performance and breathing comfort. The goal is to see if exercising the muscles you use to breathe can also boost brainpower.
