Summary
This study tests a drug called resmiterom in 165 adults with MASH, a type of fatty liver disease that can lead to scarring. Participants must have at least one metabolic issue like diabetes or obesity. The goal is to see if the drug safely reduces liver damage and improves thyroid function.
