First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding surgery after chemotherapy can help women whose ovarian cancer has come back but still responds to platinum-based drugs. About 160 participants will be randomly assigned to get either chemotherapy alone or chemotherapy plus surgery to remove visible tumors. The goal is to see if surgery helps keep the cancer from growing longer.
