Summary
This study looks at how the drug cabozantinib (Cabometyx®), given alone or with nivolumab, is actually used by doctors and patients in Belgium for advanced or metastatic kidney cancer. It does not test a new treatment but instead observes 150 adults to understand dosing patterns, side effects, and quality of life during routine care. The goal is to learn how these drugs work in everyday practice, beyond controlled clinical trials.
