Summary

This study will follow 200 people with severe asthma and healthy volunteers over 2 years to see if biologic therapy can reverse airway and blood vessel damage. Participants will undergo imaging, lung function tests, and symptom checks. The goal is to understand if clinical remission is accompanied by physical healing of the lungs.
