Simple kidney scan may spot hidden danger in stroke patients

Summary
This study looks at whether a simple ultrasound measurement of the kidneys (called renal resistive index) can help doctors detect acute kidney injury early in people who have had a bleeding stroke. About 45 adults with spontaneous hemorrhagic stroke will be enrolled. The goal is to catch kidney problems sooner, which could lower the risk of serious complications and death.
