First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at which extra features added to an online exercise program help people who had a knee replacement at least a year ago become more active. About 336 adults who currently do less than 60 minutes of moderate exercise per week will take part. Researchers will track physical activity, pain, and function over 6 to 12 months to find the best way to boost movement and ease symptoms.
