Summary
This study is testing whether providing special home blood pressure cuffs and a remote monitoring program helps people with high blood pressure get better control during virtual doctor visits. Researchers want to see if this approach leads to better blood pressure readings compared to usual care. The study involves 100 adults with hypertension who receive virtual medical care.
