Summary
This study explores whether a smartwatch and text message system can encourage people with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (a type of irregular heartbeat) to increase their physical activity. The trial involves 40 adults who will wear a smartwatch and receive personalized feedback. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful enough to test in a larger study.
