First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study compares two sedative drugs, remimazolam and propofol, to see which one causes fewer breathing problems during laser treatment for burn scars. About 136 adults will receive both drugs in separate sessions to measure how often they need help breathing. The goal is to find a safer sedation option for this common procedure.
