Summary
This study tests a new drug called remibrutinib in 44 adults with chronic hives (either spontaneous or triggered by things like cold or pressure). The goal is to see if it reduces itching, pain, and burning better than a placebo over 12 weeks. Participants must have had hives for at least 4 months and not well-controlled by standard antihistamines.
