Summary

This study tested a drug called remibrutinib in adults with chronic spontaneous urticaria (long-lasting hives) that standard antihistamines could not control. The main goal was to carefully check if the drug affected participants' blood pressure over 4 weeks, while also looking at its overall safety and effectiveness for hives over 12 weeks. Participants wore a portable blood pressure monitor for 24-hour readings.
