Summary
This study tests whether giving the antiviral drug remdesivir for 10 days can prevent severe COVID-19 in kidney transplant patients who have mild or no symptoms. The goal is to safely allow transplants to happen sooner, reducing time on dialysis. About 15 adults will receive remdesivir starting just before their transplant.
