Summary
This study looked at whether relaxation breathing exercises can reduce nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in people with blood cancers. Sixty-eight patients took part; half did breathing exercises three times a day plus standard care, while the other half received only standard care. The goal was to see if adding breathing exercises improves symptom control.
