Summary

This study is testing whether Reiki, a hands-on energy therapy, can help reduce pain after spinal fusion surgery. Researchers will compare Reiki sessions to standard care in 60 patients to see if it lowers pain levels and reduces the need for painkillers during recovery. The goal is to find non-drug methods to improve comfort after this common back operation.
