Summary

This study tests two special drinks made with gum acacia and sea magnesium to see if they help the body rehydrate better than plain water after exercise. Twenty-four healthy, active men will exercise until dehydrated, then drink one of the beverages. Researchers will measure how much fluid the body keeps. The goal is to find a more effective rehydration option for athletes.
