First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looked at 129 people with shoulder pain who used a digital rehab program called REHABI at a private clinic. The program guided them through exercises and tracked their progress. Researchers wanted to see how well the program worked in everyday practice and to improve a set of 24 functional tests. The study was completed and focused on describing outcomes, not testing a new drug or treatment.

What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
digital automated rehabilitation model (REHABI)
What this could lead to
If successful, this could lead to a more efficient, data-driven rehabilitation program for shoulder disorders that can be used in routine physiotherapy.
What could go wrong
This is an observational study, not a controlled trial, so it cannot prove the digital model causes improvement. Results may not apply to all shoulder conditions or clinics.
As listed by the trial registrant
The condition terms exactly as the trial's registrant entered them.
