Summary
This study is testing if a new, gentler form of dialysis helps patients with severe kidney disease recover better after a hospital stay. It combines this new dialysis schedule with a physical rehab program to help patients regain muscle strength and mobility. The goal is to see if this approach improves patients' physical function and quality of life compared to standard care.
