Summary
This study looks at two ways to help people recover after surgery for a slipped disk in the lower back. One group will start moving early, and the other will do the same plus get mild electrical stimulation to help with pain and muscle strength. The goal is to see which approach leads to better function and less pain over 6 to 8 weeks. About 60 adults who just had surgery will take part.
